Masked Reader. Five Gordon Teachers/ Staff will dress in masked costumes and
will read a book each day. Can you guess who the teacher is behind the mask?

Students Earn Incentives for Tracking their Reading & for Collecting Donations
Each student is encouraged to raise $50 OR Be an Overachiever Superstar by raising $100 or more!
How it Works
We want to encourage a love of reading for pleasure, knowledge and adventure! Starting Monday, March 4th, students will earn money by reading. Student’s can gain support and motivation through sponsorships.
You can share your student’s web page to gather donations or collect cash and checks using a Sponsorship Form. The PTA will make it fun by providing incentives and hosting fun activities!

All Guardians & Parents Complete 3 Easy Steps
1. Register or re-Login to your parent dashboard & complete your child’s student webpage.
2. Encourage your student to read and track their reading minutes on their webpage.
* What counts: Reading by yourself, reading to someone, being read to by others, reading before or after school
(teachers record school time reading) regular books, ebooks, picture books, newspaper, graphic novels, audio books
3. Share with friends and family, they want to help!
• Send 10-15 emails and/or text messages
• Post on Social Media!
